Pages on this site describe professional assessment, briefing, and facilitation services. Pricing shown is informational. No purchase is completed through the website. A separate engagement letter governs each paid project.
No investment advice
Our work supports commercial decision-making around commodity markets. Unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise, deliverables are not personal investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative.
Intellectual property
Site content, assessment templates, and delivered packs remain the intellectual property of Datavector Base or its licensors. Clients receive a licence to use delivered materials for internal business purposes as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish site content for commercial redistribution without written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content through forms, or scrape the site in a manner that impairs service for others.
Liability

Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum agreed in a signed engagement letter.
